Pastors’ Kids Program:
Nurturing the Next Generation of Ministry Leaders
The Pastors’ Kids Program is a unique initiative designed to support, mentor, and empower the children of pastors—affectionately known as PKs. While PKs are often expected to lead, behave perfectly, or carry the mantle of ministry from an early age, many silently struggle with identity, pressure, and loneliness. This program exists to walk alongside them with grace, understanding, and intentional care.
WHY THIS MATTERS
PKs grow up in an environment of faith and service, but they also carry burdens that many do not see—unrealistic expectations, limited privacy, and pressure to live up to their parents’ calling. Without the right support, many PKs drift from their faith, battle emotional fatigue, or suppress their personal dreams.
That’s why this program matters. It’s a safe space where PKs can be themselves—no titles, no pressure, just love, mentorship, and growth.
Program Highlights
Identity & Purpose Workshops – Helping PKs discover their own calling beyond the pulpit.
Peer Support Groups – Connecting with others who understand their unique journey.
Spiritual Mentorship – Guided by mature leaders who pour into their spiritual and emotional well-being.
Fun Retreats & Outings – Giving PKs the chance to relax, build friendships, and just be kids.
Mental Health & Counseling Support – Addressing the silent battles many PKs face.
Leadership Training – Empowering PKs to lead with authenticity and confidence, if and when they feel called.
Our Goal
To raise a generation of Pastors’ Kids who are not just surviving ministry life—but thriving in their God-given identity, with joy, clarity, and strength.
